My most recent experience was the second time I took my car in for service. The shop itself looked immaculate and since I made an appointment, I was helped right away. Both Colin and Jack were extremely courteous and an estimate was sent immediately through a text message with "accept" and "decline" options for all recommended services. Once accepted, I was given a ride home. The following day Colin called to tell me the car was ready for pickup (or to be picked up and taken to their shop). They actually reduced the cost based on less time spent, and even advised to wait on some future repairs, something that is rare in this business! I will definitely take my car back to this company, and recommend them highly!

Service was provided on time and any additional suggested repairs or service was provided. They beat Mini Cooper dealership service by $500

These guys are knowledgeable and honest. Very reasonably priced service on my Audi complete with written report on all inspection points and service recommendations.

I have been taking my Mercedes vehicles to European Auto Garage for years. They take excellent care of my vehicles. They never suggest a repair unless it is necessary, which shows trustworthiness. I will continue to come to EAG for my vehicle work. Thanks guys.

I was driving to Maggie Valley NC and my car started making a weird squeaking noise. I went to Harper VW and the service guy said it would be a while before he could even talk to me. I saw that European Auto Garage was a few miles away so I decided to drive there instead of wait for the dealership guy to have time for me. When I walked in to EAG, I was warmly greeted by Colin. I explained to Colin what was happening and that I am not staying in Knoxville and just passing thru. Colin said not a problem and had a tech jump right on inspecting my vehicle. He had us in and out in about an hour and saved our trip!! If you own Euro and live in this area, THIS IS THE SHOP FOR YOU!!

Service was great, super fast. Staff was very friendly and explained everything I needed, didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything - just explained what was going on with my car!

I have always taken very good care of my automobiles, for 55 years, in fact. When I arrived for my first service appointment with European Auto Repair, I felt almost part of the family. Everyone I interacted were kind and professional. Going forward, I won’t be going anywhere else to have my Audi A6 serviced. Thumbs up!

These people are wizards with what they can do . They do things one way and that’s the right way . Very impressive organization !!!
